Registration does not guarantee permanent access; lodi649 may suspend or close accounts that are found to be ineligible, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms at any time.

Account registration is currently available to residents of the Philippines. Users attempting to register from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with their applicable local laws. lodi649 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your lodi649 Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lodi649 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time thereafter.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over lodi649's systems.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or to manipulate betting markets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as permitted by these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any lodi649 content without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on lodi649 content or branding.
• Use lodi649's trademarks, logos, or brand elements for any commercial purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lodi649 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

lodi649's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lodi649 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit lodi649's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Upon account closure for non-breach reasons, lodi649 will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to you via your registered payment method following completion of all outstanding verification and due diligence requirements. Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, lodi649 may retain all balances.

You may close your lodi649 account at any time by submitting a written request to lodi649 support. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days. Outstanding withdrawal requests will continue to be processed in accordance with these Terms following account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to lodi649's internal dispute resolution process. You may raise a dispute by contacting lodi649 support in writing. lodi649 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through lodi649's internal process, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through lodi649's internal process.

lodi649 operates in alignment with PAGCOR — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation — which is the regulatory body responsible for overseeing online gambling operations in the Philippines.

lodi649 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, lodi649 will provide reasonable notice to affected players via one or more of the following methods:

• An email notification to the address registered on your account.
